Will I receive tickets in the mail?
No, this is a ticketless event. Please check in at registration upon your arrival.
Why do you need my guests’ names, addresses and email addresses?
Pre-event emails are sent to inform our guests of special event information, in addition to our auction catalog. We don’t want your guests to miss out on vital information. Additionally, this is required for our mobile bidding system.
Are tables of 10 available?
Yes, all tables this year will accomodate 10 people.
Will there be appetizers?
Yes, hearty appetizers will be passed during the silent auction reception time prior to the seated gourmet dinner.
Will there be an open bar?
General Admission will enjoy complimentary beer and wine during the event. Liquor will be available for purchase. VIP Admission enjoy full open bar all evening.
Are children welcome?
Though we love children, the event is long and formal and isn’t geared towards children. If you do chose to bring children they must purchase a full priced adult ticket.
What is the attire?
The Once in a Lifetime Gala is a semi-formal event. Cocktail dresses or gowns are appropriate for the ladies; jacket and ties or a tuxedo are appropriate for the men.
